The study shows that various binge eating patterns led the children into obesity. Due to obesity, most chronic diseases are usually happened. Morning Exercise Schedule

What Can Children Eat During School Timing?
During the school timing, children might have felt a sort of hunger or craving. Well! They can take an apple at 11 A.M in their school timing. It would saturate their nutritional requirement.

Strict Lunch Schedule
Children must lunch at 1 P.M. This plan will be consisted of 1 chest piece of boil chicken or veggies, salads and zero sprites.

What about Post Lunch Session?
Your children should not eat to any further extent. If they do feel a sort of craving, drink a glass of fresh apple juice.

What About Evening Exercise?
The obese children must do 30 minutesbrisk walking. Once more, this plan would be comprised of jogging and sprinting. However, children should not do weight lifting exercise at evening timings, because weight lifting is only required during the morning Gym timings.


Dinner Schedule

Hours of Sleeping
Sleeping is part and parcel of our lives. Therefore, the children must take 8 hours sleeping during the course o weight loss. Sleeping must be scheduled from 9 P.M to 5 A.M.
